Tutorials
On this page I am going to keep track of the tutorials I watched and what I achieved with it.
In this tutorial I started actually writing code and try some functions out. It is all very very random because it is hard for me to imagine what the output is of what I type. For example where on the screen it will be, how big it will be etc.
Next step would be making a sketch and try to recreate it in processing, this is a whole new way of thinking for me and also very difficult because I wasn’t really the best when it came to imagination in maths.

To know what code you need to draw what you imagine you can visit processing.org again. Under references there are many functions to explore.

Click here to visit the page.

here you can find an explanation of the coordinate system which helps to imagine the locations of your shapes

I realised that the hardest for me is to imagine where the shapes and lines are located and how big they are because this is all defined by pixels in a coordinate system. You have to calculate the location of every new function.

With the knowledge I gained so far I tried to create my own image in processing. I first made a sketch by hand to help me orientate in the coordinate system.
